Academic Services

Mrs. Tracy's Tutoring Services offers assistance in a variety of academic areas for children grades K-12th for on-campus, homeschool, and virtual learners.  Services are also offered for children with IEPs and 504 Plans.  We are direct-pay providers for recipients of the Step-Up for Students FES/UA, New Worlds Reading, and Homeschool PEP Scholarships.

Reading Skills and Language Arts

Sessions for reading skills include assistance with phonics, oral reading, and comprehension.  Sessions for language arts covers all areas of grammar and composition, including essay and research paper writing, as well as benchmark and standardized test prep.  We have certified tutors for ELA in each grade range from elementary through high school.  

Math

Math sessions are offered for all children grades K-12.  Elementary math covers Standards-Based (Common Core) curriculum, Singapore Method (Concept Development), as well as traditional instructional methods.  Elementary sessions are led by certified K-4 teachers.  Middle and high school math sessions are led by a certified math teacher and are offered for all math subjects including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and calculus.

Homeschool Help

Tutoring sessions for homeschool is available for all grades and subjects and can be in-person or online.  Sessions may include curriculum development and instruction, enrichment activities, portfolio prep, standardized testing/state assessment prep, and field trips.  We accept the Step-Up for Students PEP Scholarship.

Children with Unique Abilities
As a provider for the State of Florida Department of Education Step-Up for Students Family Empowerment Scholarship for Children with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), as well as the New World's Reading Scholarship, Mrs. Tracy's Tutoring Services has the ability to work with scholarship children by helping to meet their unique needs.  IEPs and 504 Plans are adhered to during tutoring sessions and parents can expect a  partnership with schools and other professionals to ensure each child receives the attention they deserve.  Accounts for recipients of this scholarship will be direct billed to the Step-Up program.
